(PAN CARD APPLICATION)

               Steps in Application for Permenant Account Number (PAN) Card for an INDIVIDUAL :-
1) Download the appropriate pan form.

If you are applying for a fresh PAN Card ,

If you already have a PAN and lost the Card and wish to apply for a new card ,

2) Take print out of the PAN Card forms.

Please take the print out of pan card application form. If you  have to print two page of pan card application  from. If you have not printer. You can also purchase pan card form from any vendor
3) Sign in appropriate places

Please sign the pan card application form in two places with black ink. Be sure that your sign in right place. Please note that your sign does not cross the box where you have sign other wise you pan card application form may reject by the income tax department.
4) Attach any ONE of the following documents for address Proof of Pan Card Form :-

1) Copy of the latest Passport
2) Copy of the Driving License
3) Copy of the Voter ID Card
4) Copy of the Latest Telephone Bill
5) Copy of the Ration Card
6) Copy of the Latest Bank Statement / Bank Pass Book containing your address
Please note that the address proof submitted by you must contain the present address.
5) Attach any ONE of the following documents for Identity Proof of Pan Card Form:

1) Copy of the Latest Passport
2) Copy of the Driving License
3) Copy of the Voter ID Card
4) Copy of the Ration Card (If your photo is present in the Ration Card)
5) Copy of the Bank Pass book (if your photo is attested by bank manager & with latest 6 month latest statement)
Please note that the Identity Proof to be submitted by you should necessarily contain your photo on it.
6) In a separate sheet of paper , please incorporate the following :-

Your Full name (With Expanded Initials)
Full name of your father (With Expanded Initials)
Your Date of Birth
Your Residential address (should match with the address proof attached)
Your office address
Your preference for communication (Residential / Office Address) (* If your preference for communication is office then office address proof is necessary
Your Telephone Number
Your email ID (Optional)
7) Attach your recent Color Passport size photo

Please attach color photo & one photo extra.
8) Please draw a Cheque   (Payable at Allahabad) / Demand Draft (in case of outstation) payable at Allahabad in Favour of SANDEEP KUMAR VERMA., for Rs. 250/-. (Add Rs. 50/- for outstation Cheques).
9) Send all the documents to the address below :-

Please send pan card application form along with all documents above mentioned address in following address.

1) You have downloaded the correct Pan Card Form
2) You have signed in appropriate places (2 places) in BLACK PEN only within the box in the Pan Card Form.
3) You have attached the address proof.
4) You have attached the Identity proof.
5) You have attached the recent color passport size photo.
6) You have also attached the separate sheet containing the details as given in Point 6 above.
7) You have also attached the Cheque/Demand Draft.
Please allow minimum 7 days for making the Pan card Application.
It will take approximately 10-15 days for allotment of PAN Number from the date of application.
We will inform the PAN Number allotted to you through email.
The PAN Card will be sent to your address by the Income-tax department directly. If it is returned due to insufficient address/door lock etc.., you have to contact them directly. We will provide the contact details.
The allotment of PAN depends on the documents you submit and we do not take any responsibility for Non Allotment , as it is the Discretion of the Income-tax Department. However we can assist you in obtaining the PAN after rectifying the discrepancies , as reported by the IT Department.
